Philip is a subject matter expert in identity capture and vetting, identity management systems, and personal identity verification. He has more than 25 years of experience in all phases of ICAM integration, including IDMS, Credential Management Systems, Enterprise Directory Management Systems, Public Key Infrastructure, PIV Smart Cards, Fingerprint Biometrics, and Secure Biometric Match-on-Card technologies.
ERIN HIGTON
Erin is a 20+ year veteran in human capital consulting and sales, having held positions as National Accounts Manager, Market Manager, and Area Manager for large international corporations such as Kforce and Robert Half. Erin has focused on marketing, accounts oversight, management, and recruiting efforts for professional sectors, including accounting, finance, operations, legal, and professional services. Erin brings her capture management expertise and assists with strategic and long-term relationships with new and existing government clients.
CRAIG KURTZ
Craig brings 36 years of Federal Acquisition subject matter expertise, including in operations, program management, contract management, finance, procurement, security, and human resources. As a DAWIA Level III certified expert, Craig brings Lead/Senior Program Management expertise to Intelligence Federal and assists with acquisition cycle management and capture management, including DoD 5000 and nationwide acquisition expertise. Craig has acted as Acquisition Instructor to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and has held various leadership roles in international companies and as a Senior Contracting Officer for the National Security Agency.
